Message: Questions for Good Life Networks

Hello and thank you for your interest in GLN. We are happy to address any information that has been publicly disseminated. We also suggest you refer to our website for the most up to date information about the company. You can also email [email protected] or call 6042657511.

How many integrations can Good Life Network's possibly do? How many are in the pipeline, and can Good go short of integrations, how big is the supply?

Our stage 1 strategy was to first, gain major traction through the volume of key integrations. Then, once we have a robust number, expand and optimizing each one. As such, the overall number of integrations will become less important in the future and the revenue per integration will become more important moving forward. With a $35BN addressable market (outside of Google and Facebook), we have significant room to grow.

What's the reason for diluting shareholders with acquisitions when the company grows quick organically?

The AdTech industry is going through a period of consolidation and, as such, we are in the position to acquire good companies for a very good price. These target acquisitions allow us to add immediate revenue and EBITDA while consolidating our position in the industry. We also acquire talented advertising technology people who strengthen our team in many areas.

Is there a lot of institutional investor interest in Good Life Networks?

Yes, we are proud to have institutional investors.

Do the company still plan to go ahead with the two other acquisitions that Dylan have spoken about?

We have a strong acquisition strategy and announced the definitive agreement to purchase our first acquisition, Impression X on August 30th: https://glninc.ca/good-life-networks-inc-announces-definitive-agreement-to-acquire-impression-x/. We are targeting others but obviously, we can not be specific per TSXV disclosure regulations.

It seems like Good Life Network is the owner of a podcast company called Good Life Revolution, is this company paid for by Good Life Network? Is the company created for Jesse Dylan's own interest or is it created to create shareholder value?

We use Good Life Revolution to exclusively promote and educate our investors and the public on Advertising Technology and GLN, primarily through podcasts and video. Good Life Revolution is simply an internal marketing arm exclusively used to benefit GLN and its shareholder by educating and building market awareness. The shareholder value is clear in the positive responses the company experiences when publishing educational information such as our agreement to provide our programmatic advertising technology to AMPD, a Vancouver company that specializes in Game Technologies. You can see the interview here: https://glninc.ca/overview/ and read the press release here: https://glninc.ca/good-life-networks-inc-enters-the-video-game-industry-with-programmatic-technology/

What are the names of the public companies that Jesse Dylan has run?

CEO Jesse Dylan’s bio is available on our website: www.glninc.ca.

Did Jesse and George have a personal relation before Good Life Network chose Agoracom as their IR partner? I can't see how a couple interviews and a discussion forum that no one uses justifies $60.000 worth of shareholders money.

Thank you for your feedback. We constantly evaluate the value provided by our suppliers and your feedback will be included in that analysis.

Who's the founder of Good Life Network and who came up with the idea of creating/transforming it into a video advertising company?

CEO Jesse Dylan

Who's the one integrating the companies into the ad exchange?

Our technology team.

Who programmed the technology?

Our technology team, led by Christopher Bradley.

Thank you again for your interest in GLN!
