Message: Question about the technology platform

Hello,

I am a modest shareholder of the company and want to thank you for the great work.

I have also a question in order to better understand the business. From the information provided by the company the GLN platform sits in the middle connecting the Demand Side Platforms (DSP), which are hired by Brands and Ad agencies, and the Supply Side Platforms (SSP), which involve the publishers. GLN is also referred by Jesse Dylan in several interviews as the Nasdaq for online advertising.

From that I understand that the GLN platform is mainly an Ad Exchange.

However the company mentions that its technology use algorithms to match  the most valuable advertisement for every consumer and that it forecasts the needs and wants of the brands they represent. But I thought that this matching between brands and the most valuable advertisement was the task of the Demand Side Platform companies. Therefore could you explain more in detail this overlap? Is there any conflict of interests with it or direct competition with the DSP companies?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
