As you are co-CEO Arno of GRAT along with Sheldon...did you, or did you not know that Sheldon was going to sell millions of shares of GRAT via IDK and personally? Everyone knows when at anytime an insider sells millions of shares of a company; common sense dictates that such an action reflects negatively on the company and its shareprice! As part of your fiduary duty Arno on behalf of shareholders; did you do anything on behalf of GRAT shareholders to prevent or stop shareprice loss/value? And if so...what did you do or say?
