BREAKING: Gratomic Signs Deal to Supply Graphite to Todaq

  • Signed an agreement with Todaq Star Program Phase 1 Corp. to supply Todaq with an aggregate of US$25,000,000 of graphite from its Aukam project in Namibia over approximately 39 months
  • Initial order will be for 600 tonnes of graphite valued at US$3,000,000 payable in TODA Notes, a digital asset created as a medium for exchange and store of value, at a price of US$0.10 per TDN for an aggregate of 30 million TDN
  • Initial 600 tonnes of graphite are to be delivered within 90 days
  • Graphite is being purchased by Todaq to sit in reserve as a backstop to underpin the value of deployed TDN

Jakson Inwentash

Jakson Inwentash is a senior analyst at ThreeD Capital Inc., a venture capital firm, where he leads the trading of cryptocurrencies and focuses on identifying, researching, and meeting with early stage companies in various disruptive industries.
Previously Jakson worked in investment banking for Gravitas Securities Inc. where he conducted due diligence of public and private companies, built marketing materials for clients, and developed financial models. Jakson also worked for the Bank of Montreal in several departments within the Wealth Management line of business including ETF Products, Fundamental Equities, Private Banking, and InvestorLine.

Mr. Inwentash, a resource sector entrepreuneur, is Chairman and CEO, of ThreeD Capital Inc., a Toronto based venture capital firm specializing in investments in junior resources, technology, and biotechnology markets. Through two decades leading Pinetree Capital, Mr. Inwentash created significant shareholder value through early investments in Queenston Mining (acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. for $550 million), Aurelian Resources (acquired by Kinross for $1.2 billion), and Gold Eagle Mines (acquired by Goldcorp for $1.5 billion) to name a few.

Arno Brand is a Namibian entrepreneur with 12 years of experience working on major construction and mining projects in Africa. He has been involved in numerous public transactions and is an experienced commodity trader. Up until 2017 he worked with the Boswell Group of Companies through which he facilitated the sale of USD 1 Billion of Uranium Concentrates between African Producers and Utilities. He has worked in the development of the Aukam graphite project since 2014
