10:11 AM EDT, 08/28/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Great Atlantic Resources (GR.V) has received rock samples from its May and June sampling on its Golden Promise Property.

The rock sampling confirmed gold mineralization in quartz vein boulders or outcrops in four areas. Four quartz vein samples from three areas exceeded 1 oz/ ton of gold. Trenching has since been completed in one of the three areas with analyses pending.

Great Atlantic's shares were recently up 13% at $0.175, near their 52-week high of $0.19.
