Christopher R. Anderson

Mr Anderson brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience with an astute emphasis on strategic planning, communications and creative marketing. He has been instrumental in facilitating tens of millions of dollars of financing for both public and private enterprises. With a specific focus on mining over the last decade, Mr Anderson successfully navigated the waters of one of the toughest bear markets in mining history.

Al Beaton (P.Eng)

Director

Mr. Beaton has been actively involved in mining operations for over 40 years. Since becoming a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia in 1974, he has over 30 years of experience as mine manager for mining and development operations throughout Africa and across Canada. Mr. Beaton was the mine manager for Erikson gold mine from 1979 to 1986, which, at its peak, was the No. 1 gold producer in B.C. Mr. Beaton is also currently the mine manager for Huldra Silver Inc., which was producing ore from the Treasure Mountain mine in B.C. He has been president of A.J. Beaton Mining Ltd. since 1987. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 50 mining and civil jobs in B.C. and has thus gained a strong perspective on mining techniques over a wide diversity of mining projects.

Lorne Mann (B.Comm)

Director

Mr. Mann is a graduate of the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business. As well, he holds multiple marketing, sales, and CRM certifications. An experienced management leader recognized for a strategic planning perspective, he has owned and operated technology and financial services businesses for more than 30 years.

Zeny - Manalo (B.Sc.)

Chief Financial Officer

Ms Zeny Manalo has acted as a Director and Officer with several junior companies for over 25 years. She has worked in both public and private companies, specializing in mining and sales. She has been self-employed and has extensive experience in business management, administrative consulting, and accounting. Ms Manalo holds a BSc in Accounting (Philippines) and a Diploma in Business Information Processing Systems (Canada).

Barry Brown (B.A.)

Legal Secretary

Since 1978, Mr. Brown has been president of Barry Developments Ltd., a wholly owned private company involved in the organization, reorganization, and management of private and public companies. Mr. Brown has over 35 years of experience as a director and/or officer of a number of public companies. Mr. Brown received a bachelor of commerce in finance from the University of British Columbia in 1976.

David Martin (P.Geo)

VP of Exploration

Professional Geologist with approximately 20 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry, Mr. Martin graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology major) and from the New Brunswick Community College in 1994 with a Business Technology Diploma. Employed as a Geologist during numerous mineral exploration projects involving a variety of commodities including gold, silver, tin, tungsten, molybdenum, indium, copper, lead, zinc, and antimony. Held senior managerial roles since 2005 including Regional Manager and VP New Brunswick Operations with Geodex Minerals Ltd. and VP Exploration with Great Atlantic Resources Corp. The majority of the exploration projects were in New Brunswick, Canada. Also involved in exploration projects and / or project generation in Nova Scotia; Newfoundland and Labrador; British Columbia; Spain; France and Ukraine. Played a key role during numerous mineral discoveries, the most significant being at the Sisson Tungsten – Molybdenum Project and the Mount Pleasant Tin – Indium Project, both in New Brunswick..

Mohan Vulimiri (P.Geo)

Advisor

Mohan Vulimiri has many years public company experience, having been involved in the management of numerous junior and established companies. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Kharagpur, India) with a BSc Honours degree in Applied Geology and a MSc Degree in Economic Geology from the University of Washington, USA, he has over 30 years experience in the exploration and delineation of ore deposits with emphasis on structural controls and modes of occurrence of mineral zones.

Cam Delong (M.Sc)

Advisor

Campbell (Cam) Delong has been credited with an important role in the discovery and development of the Mount Milligan Mine (2.2 Billion Pounds of copper in proven and probable reserves, 5.7 Million ounces gold in proven and probable reserves with a 22 year mine life) currently owned by Thomson Creek Metals. Cam worked as a Geologist with Hunter-Dickinson Group from 1989 till 1998 as part of several very successful exploration teams. Cam wrote a M. Sc. Thesis (UBC) on the Mt Milligan deposit. Cam played key roles in the El Condor, Taseko, and Misty Mountain projects in BC and the Farallon project in Mexico. After the Hunter-Dickinson projects he worked for Ross River Minerals in Mexico an for South Pacific Resources in Indonesia. Cam was a Geologist and wellsite consultant for the RPS Group Plc from 1999-2009 working in Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt and China. Cam has been part of several exploration teams responsible for several discoveries during this 10 year tenure. Cam has spent the parts of last 7 years (2009-2016) advising mineral companies globally on how best to advance their assets.
