04:47 AM EDT, 09/24/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Great Panther Silver (GPL) said Sunday that it has entered into an agreement to buy ASX-listed Beadell Resources in a transaction valued at A$144 million ($105 million).

Under the deal, Beadell shareholders will receive 0.0619 common shares of Great Panther for each ordinary share of Beadell.

The transaction is expected to be accretive on key metrics including NAV, cash flow, production, and resources before anticipated synergies, the company said.
