03:31 AM EDT, 07/10/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Canadian metals mining company Great Panther Silver (GPL) said Tuesday it will offer up to $25 million common shares through HC Wainwright & Co. in at-the-market distributions directly on the NYSE American stock exchange or other market in the US.

No offers or sales of common shares will be made on the Toronto Stock Exchange or other markets in Canada.

Net proceeds will be used for the company's operational and capital expenditures, to maintain the company's working capital balances and for general corporate purposes.

HC Wainwright is serving as lead agent while Eight Capital is serving as agent.
