03:06 PM EDT, 07/05/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Gungnir Resources (GUG.V) on Friday said it knows of no undisclosed material information that would to its shares jumping by as much as 53%.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.035 to $0.12, after earlier touching $0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

It said in a release it "wishes to confirm that the company's management is unaware of any material change in the company's operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity".
