HPQ in GNH financing

Hi,

From HPQ's May 23 press release ;

3. HPQ will subscribe to a private placement financing of GNH in the amount of $150,000 at a minimum price of $0.20 cents per share within 45 days of this announcement subject to all regulatory approvals.

Since the 45 days period ended recently, I'm guessing that your press release published this morning means that HPQ did not subscribe to GNH financing but, since the PR was not specific on this point, can you confirm if HPQ did or not participate in GNH's financing.
