Not able to Vote 5 Stars for Bernard's and Patrick's Posts

For some reason, I am not able to vote for Bernard's and Patrick's replies to questions. The site automatically shows my vote as 5 full green stars before I have even read the post. However, as in the case of Bernard's last two posts, there are no stars showing for his replies. I'm guessing that others are having this same issue, which could be greatly diminishing the 5 star count and appreciation of Bernard's and Patrick's excellent responses.
