You in regard to the government funding file.

Would a coordinated effort by shareholders calling the minister's "Directeur du Cabinet" help move things along? 

I have had significant experience with files and complaints to the minister of tourism by hounding their Directeur de Cabinets...

Perhaps a daily/weekly phone call from 30-40 shareholders in a coordinated effort could help? Ideally shareholders that reside in Quebec? (Voters)
