Thank you in advance for your time. I am quite impressed with the PP into overallocation already based on your previous Agoracom comment. My question for the 2 of you is; will either of you be participating in this pp. 36 Month warrant options for .15 Cents is not overly confident. Your positions are now dwindling in terms of insider ownership (percentage) with the recent dilution. 

Another point I would like clarification on is regarding the patent application. I realize you have beat this issue to death with some recent share holder questions. You seem to have shifted your goals from “buyout” to long term solar cell production, build your own panels. Am I wrong in saying that a reason behind this could be becuase selling a non patentable tech is impossible, hence the change in gameplan from selling tech to selling panels.
