Thanks Renaissance I am aware of this. I posted it on Stockhouse :p We know that they are looking for a government loan/subvention. The questions are : where are they in the process, are they looking for federal funds, is it the reason why the financing has not been completed yet? An hypothesis could be that they will confirm the financing from private institutions after the BGF spin-out. This would mean dilution, but at least, it would not impact the number of BGF shares we will receive. If they dilute HPQ before the spin-out, it means less BGF shares for every actual investors, which would not be really appreciated at all.
