The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the following warrants.

Number of warrants: 4,375,000

Expiry date of warrants: March 3, 2019

New expiry date of warrants: March 3, 2021

Exercise price of warrants: 11 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of a total of 4,375,000 common shares and 4,375,000 warrants, as approved by the exchange on March 3, 2016.
