Message: Share Consolidation question

Let me be clear, today, the point of Uplisting our shares is not on the radar.

This having being said, the idea that a share consolidation is the only way to get an uplisting is false.

In the US, they have something called ADR (American Depositary Receipt) that you can list on US exchange.  What an ADR is a sort of proxy share of the primary listing on a foreign whereby the ration is preset, (Ex: 1 ADR share equal 10 of Canadian listed shares).

Using that could allow HPQ to meet the price requirement of NASDAQ without needing to consolidate HPQ shares.

I just wanted people to know that additional information.
