According to this article (you need to translate it in English), REC silicon is the actual supplier of silane gas to produce polysilicon for their lab scale needs. They seems to be Group 14's supplier too.

REC silicon expect to obtain the large contract for Sila nano's factory. It says that the silane production cost of REC is 10 $ (per kg I assume). You need to add their profit margin, the shipping cost (it's a dangerous gas) and then, the process cost to produce the polysilicon with it. At this point we don't know if the polysilicon is the size needed (micro ? Nano?) for their anode. If not, add the micronization cost.

So I don't think that they are a big rival for HPQ's nanosilicon 10 to 20 $ / kg selling price.
