The way I see it is with the conventional process they need to build a 36k MT / year factory to reach a 6.11$ / kg CAPEX because of the economies of scale. 

The QRR can reach a 6.22$/ kg CAPEX with only two 2500 MT /year reactors. 

So the investment needed with the QRR tech is greatly lower than the conventional process to reach a similar CAPEX.
