At the AGM, Bernard indicated that he will commence marketing towards institutional investors around September. That he has a conference already scheduled. That it's time to sell to the bigger players outside of retail. 

Given where the company is at now, the timing is perfect for such marketing. It will not be difficult to convince the larger investors of the current value of the company and the future value that keeps growing and growing slowly and steadily as the assets materialize.
