a) Complete system integration validation, about a quarter

(1/4) of time is allocated to this phase,

b) Reactor startup, about one twelfth (1/12) of time is

allocated to this phase,

c) Four (4) process improvement tests, about one sixth (1/6) of

time is allocated to this phase, and

d) Operating the GEN3 QRR on a continuous non-stop

production basis, during the remaining time.

News about A should be coming soon but even after it there will be FUD/shorting. 

After phase 2 and 3 Fud agents/shorters can still suppress as you can always cast doubt that next steps won't be completed and that the QRR is still just in R&D. 

Only after successful completion of phase 4 around June of 2023 can FUD/shorters be silenced. 

In terms of HPQ's stock price attached to the QRR News I don't see an increase until June 2023. Phase A-B-C generate value but not more than FUD can and has suppressed sadly, thus only D can set off the HPQ rocket or a Big player that truly believes and knows what HPQ is doing and loads up on discounted shares.
