Several key errors..one is the author thinks Pyrogenesis can convert the royalty to 50% of HPQ...which is incorrect.

HPQ exclusively owns 100% of QRR with only 10% royalty to PyroGenesis.

Pyr only has an option of taking a 50% equity of the NSIR JV.
