Oil has caused wars, and political instability the time is right to develop other energy sources. Now the countries that are some of the biggest oil producers are cutting back production to raise the price. Russia is a big part of this political decision by oil producing countries. 

Demand for alternative energy sources is rising. The pilot plant is producing high grade silicon in small quantities.
