What was unclear from the press release was the how the SI was extracted from the reactor.

Was it poured from the reactor while at operating temperature or was the reactor shutdown and allowed to cool so the SI could be extracted?

The purity is good news, but until the SI can be extracted from the reactor at operating temperature the QRR is still not capable of running continuously.
