AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: HPQ buys 1/2 tonne from QI Materials

also released today:

From the Company's current stockpile of high purity samples, QI Materials Corp. will provide HPQ with approximately half a tonne of high purity quartz material. The material will be used by HPQ in their production of engineered SiOx materials for battery anodes and fumed silica via HPQ's proprietary Fumed Silica Reactor.

"As our SiOx materials for battery anodes and our Fumed Silica projects move forward, our partnership with QIMC with their ability to supply us with the high purity quartz required, allow us to focus our energy on developing our technologies," stated Mr. Bernard Tourillon, President and CEO of HPQ Silicon Inc.

"We are very excited to be fulfilling this order from our strategic partner HPQ. We look forward to further scaling up our operations to meet HPQ's growing demand for high grade silica" stated John Karagiannidis, Chairman of QI Materials.
