Shareholders can't do anything but look towards the longterm hold kind of an obvious. HPQ has potential, but potential doesn't move the market. Bringing in revenue is the only thing that will raise the stock price. HPQ can put out two to ten videos a week with positive news, but the only news that matters is money coming in, besides government grants.
