During last year’s AGM, held on June 29, shareholders voted to elect KPMG as the company’s auditors.

KPMG’s mandate started sometime during the month of July of last year.

On June 13, 2024 they notified HPQ that they were resigning from their position of auditor of the company. If that was not a month notice, it probably was pretty close to it.

The company's board of directors considered and approved the resignation of the auditor.

Then, on June 20, HPQ informed the “Autorite des marche financiers”.

On June 21, KPMG replied “Nous avons lu l’avis de HPQ Silicium Inc. etabli en date du 20 juin 2024 et nous sommes d’accord avec les declarations qu’il contient.”.
