although I seem to be talking to myself....it seems from other blogs that the Uganda gov is trying to tax the $1.5 b sale at 30%....and this may be a new non disclosed tax....not in the original agreement.....so the lawyers are at it...and the SP sinks.....check out the blog in London....its closer to the action
