Capital Structure Question for Mr. APS

Mr. APS,

1. Does the capital structure, in particular close to 200 million fully diluted shares, concern you? With a share count of this magnitude (for a small cap) it would require significant revenues to push the share price higher.

2. Will you consider buying shares of your company? This will not only decrease the massive public float but also show a great deal of confidence to your investors.
