Alen Paul is a global serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience. Recently founded Recruitment USA/India software firms leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize job candidate sourcing. Alen Paul has represented one of the leading Indian Post-Production Studios and contracted over 60 Hollywood movies in the past 5 years. Alen Paul is known as one of the pioneers of North American prepaid communications and led his company-GTS- public on NASDAQ within 3 year and executed license deals with MLB, Marvel, NHL, Led Zeppelin, and many others.

Mr. Inwentash has more than 30 years of investing experience and has been instrumental in raising $15 billion for his portfolio companies over the last 15 years. He co-founded Visible Genetics, the first commercial pharmacogenomics company, in 1994 and exited in 2001 to Bayer. Through two decades leading Pinetree Capital, Sheldon created significant shareholder value through early investments in Queenston Mining (acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. for $550-million), Aurelian Resources (acquired by Kinross for $1.2-billion) and Gold Eagle Mines (acquired by Goldcorp for $1.5-billion) to name a few.
Sheldon obtained his B.Comm from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Professional Accountant. In 2007, he was an Ontario finalist for the Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year award. In 2012, Sheldon received an honorary degree, doctor of laws (LL.D) from the University of Toronto for his valuable leadership as an entrepreneur, his philanthropy, and inspirational commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and their families.
Mr. Tunnicliffe previously served as EVP, Head of Universal Music Group and Brands-USA. He led Universal Music Group and Brands (UMGB), a music strategy, partnerships and activation division that works closely with all UMG labels, artists and their managements to deliver transformational music-based marketing solutions for brands as well as create new marketing and revenue opportunities for UMG’s artists and labels. Mike, with his team, worked with many Marquee brands including: American Express, Marriott, American Airlines, Honda, Citi, Mars/M&M’s and brokered partnerships with multiple high profile artists including: The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, X- Ambassadors, Shawn Mendez, Carly Rae Jepson, Keith Urban & Nick Jonas.
Mike has spent most of his career working with brands in a variety of senior positions at major global advertising and media agencies. Immediately prior to joining UMG, Mike was the global Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at WPP's GroupM, the world’s largest Media Investment Management business where he had responsibility for major business development and revenue growth across the group as well as overseeing the groups specialist content, data and entertainment marketing teams. Prior to joining GroupM in September 2010, Mike spent the previous few years as an entrepreneur developing new businesses at the intersection of brands, entertainment and digital.
Mr. Silver is currently Chief Digital Officer for the Canadian Soccer Business which includes the brand new Canadian Premier League, Canada's top-tier professional soccer league, its clubs and its venues. His name is synonymous with Canada's largest digital media sports initiatives. He was one of the first employees of the Bell/Rogers Olympic Media Consortium where he helped create the digital standard for Olympic broadcasting in Canada for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. Following this success, he was appointed Head of Digital for the 2012 London Olympic Games broadcast. He then remained with Bell Media, and as Head of Digital for TSN he was given the responsibility of transforming the digital business of Canada's sports leader. During his tenure, TSN re-launched every digital platform, most notably TSN.ca and the TSN app.
In 2014, Mr. Silver started Stadium Digital with a mission to bring world-class fan engagement platforms and media solutions to Canada's top sports properties. The company forged successful long-term partnerships with more than 80 of Canada's top professional leagues, teams and national sports federations. In 2018 Stadium Digital was wholly acquired by the Canadian Soccer Business.
Mr. Ridley is one of the seven (7) principal founders of Kinetic Worldwide, the largest Out of Home
and Non-traditional media specialist agency in the world. In 2009 WPP completed their purchase of
Kinetic Worldwide and Mr. Ridley was appointed to serve as Global Chief Executive Officer. He was
responsible for ensuring that the unique Kinetic offering was globally coordinated across a network
that spanned twenty-one (21) countries, managing $4 billion in clients’ media investment.
Prior to his appointment as Global CEO, Mr. Ridley served as CEO of Kinetic Americas where in
less than five (5) years he grew the company’s gross turnover from under $10 million to $700 million,
expanded operations from eight personnel in New York City to 140 staff across six (6) offices, and
successfully developed Kinetic’s unique service proposition in the U.S. market.
Jonathan Mariner is a private investor, entrepreneur, and independent board member with more than two decades of experience working in major league sports. He’s currently the founder and president of TaxDay, LLC, a private software firm that helps users track their multi-state travel for tax purposes.
Mr. Mariner recently retired from Major League Baseball, Office of the Commissioner, having previously served as Executive VP and CFO from March 2002 to December 2014; and, as Chief Investment Officer, from January 2015 until May 2016. His career in professional sports started in 1992, with a nine-year stint as executive vice president and CFO of the Florida Marlins Baseball Club. He also concurrently served as vice president and CFO of the Florida Panthers Hockey Club for the team’s initial startup and inaugural seasons in 1993 and 1994, and as vice president and CFO for Pro Player Stadium, the multi-use sports complex that was home to both the Florida Marlins and Miami Dolphins at the time.
Troy is a 30-year sports industry veteran. He is the Founder and Principal of Division ONE Sports, a company he started in 2003 that specializes in providing companies with turnkey sports marketing and consulting services in areas such as Stadium/Arena TV-Visible Signage, Branding, Sponsorship/Media Sales, IP Rights, Promotional Rights, On-site Activation, Database Marketing, Social Media, and VIP Hospitality. Troy has represented several blue-chip clients over the years, leading to well over $500 million in sports sponsorship/media deals through his extensive relationships with over 100 Major Division 1 NCAA Schools and Conferences, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, and MLS Teams, as well as, Major TV networks.
