The rules say: "The prize is up to $1 Million in investment for a proof of concept at one of Goldcorp's mines or investment in the winning technologies."

Two things sticking out:

1. proof of concept at one of G's mine, or

2. winning technologies

So which one will it be? door #1 or door #2?

Most likely, it's #1, then which Goldcorp's mine? The winner will get a prize of $1M, in the form of in investment (shares of G?), not cash?
