The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a mineral property acquisition agreement dated Jan. 31, 2019, between International Montoro Resources Inc., David Heyman, Clive Brooks and Karim Rayani, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in and to four mineral claims known as Wicheeda North, located in the Cariboo mining division of British Columbia. Consideration is $50,000 cash, one million shares and one million warrants. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of 10 cents for a period of two years. The vendors will be granted a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty, of which the company may repurchase 1 per cent (one-half) for $1-million within five years.
