10:26 AM EDT, 07/09/2020 (MT Newswires) -- International Montoro Resources (IMT.V) on Thursday, appointed Mr. Karim Rayani as the new President, CEO, and Director of the company. The stock trades at 52-week highs.

According to a statement, Rayani has worked as a management consultant to companies in the junior mining, biomedical and technology sectors for private and public companies. Rayani will replace Gary Musil, however Musil still retains his position as the Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

IMT also announced all company's officers, directors, and consultants have the option to purchase up to 1.8 million common shares collectively for an exercise price of $0.05 per share.
