JNR Resources closes private placement for $1.3-million

JNR ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
JNR Resources Inc. is closing its private placement totalling $1.35-million. These moneys were raised through the issue by JNR Resources of 6.75 million flow-through common shares at a price of 20 cents per share.
Commissions totalling $76,160 were paid to Toll Cross Securities Inc. and Limited Market Dealer Inc., as consideration for arranging a portion of the private placement.
The shares issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring April 24, 2009.
The moneys raised by way of the private placement will be used for exploration programs on JNR Resources' properties located in Saskatchewan.
