The sp rise over the last week showed OBV still in downtrend (dispersion) until yesterday where OBV turned. Could be an initial turning signal, but overall there are also strong downtrends in 14, 50 and 200 Day MA's, and OBV. Stochastic and MAC are slightly Bullish at this time. Could be cost averagers coming in for what seems to be a bargain. Suggest caution until MA's and OBV come around.

Is there any sort of additional news on the horizon for JAG? News would trump the technicals.
