Good link, good interview!

Some key points:

- I paraphrased what Frank said: "Everyone thought that the big American company knew everything about everything...now people knew that was not the case."

- Prov Fed and FNs need to sit down and agree on a game plan to proceed.

- Money is not an issue with the (Fed) Port Authority model that can raise money at low rates (e.g.3%, 50 year money).

- "Out of sight out of mind, no obstruction to woodland caribou migration" slurry pipeline to transport the stuff to the "Gas Super Converter" (LauraB: correct term?) to make value added products for shipping by rail/ships to the world. This is drastically cheaper than that proposed by CLF for BT (truck transport on expensive private road and electricity guzzler arc furnace). This is an excellent example of innovative thinking by a much smaller company.

- Frank did not blame anybody. In fact he even said he admired Premier Wynne and her predecessor (wondering who this was, and what did he do to deserve this admiration). Video ended with that cunning smile. Confucius says: No need to burn any bridge.
