11:01 AM EST, 11/14/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Shares at RNC Minerals (RNX.TO) at last look were down 5.1% at $0.38 after it said it continued "strong" gold production of 7,769 ounces for October from its Beta Hunt and Higginsville mines in Western Australia, allowing it to predict a "strong" finish to the year.

Shares were trading close to their 52-week low of $0.34. The 52-week high was near $0.80.

"October production is in line with expectations and sets the Company up for a strong finish to the year," said Chairman and CEO Paul Andre Huet in a statement.
