John Carswell

CEO President

John L. Carswell - President & CEO

Mr. Carswell is responsible for executive management as well as the direction and ongoing operations of the parent public company. He is active in the sales and marketing, research and development as well as public company administration and management. He is also acting CFO of the Company.

He has been a Director of Kelso Technologies since June 1996 and has held various positions within Kelso, at the Vice President level, since 1997. He was appointed to the position of President and CEO in August 2005.

He not only brings considerable leadership experience to Kelso, but also a breadth of skills and experience as an entrepreneur, a manager, an investor relations professional. He has extensive contacts in the financial community and industry around North America. He has been instrumental in concluding the first sales of Kelso's technology and continues to play a vital role in that regard.

Mr. Carswell was involved in a private consulting practice providing consulting services in the areas of marketing and communications, business development and planning, strategic planning and government relations. He has more than 25 years of experience in business management and administration, project planning and implementation, marketing and communications. He also held the position of Assistant Director for the Canadian Government's participation at Vancouver's Expo '86.

Mr. Carswell holds a B.A. and Diploma from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Quebec where he was on the Dean's Honour List. He has completed a number of post-graduate courses in the areas of finance and business development.

Neil E. Gambow Jr. – President, Kelso Technologies (U.S.A.) Inc.

Mr. Gambow is a seasoned manufacturing executive with a record of increasingly responsible management assignments including 21 years of full P&L responsibility. He is a strong leader experienced in managing and growing profitable business enterprises, preparation of effective strategic plans, building strong management teams, and developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at senior levels. Combined proven entrepreneurial leadership and keen communication skills create shared vision and a roadmap for revenue growth, profit generation, performance excellence and customer satisfaction.

His accomplishments include:

* Leading the acquisition of a manufacturing company and integrated it into parent company.
* Integrating acquired product line into plant operations.
* More than doubling revenue and profit in last two companies by reducing costs and increasing revenue.
* Introducing global sourcing to the Company’s manufacturing process.
* Successfully changing internal cultures.

Mr. Gambow has held various senior executive positions in the manufacturing sector with a major focus on operations and in particular, the rail industry.

Mr. Gambow is a former President of Midland Manufacturing Co. (2001 – 2006), a subsidiary of Dover Corp. which is a US-based Fortune 500 company with six Subsidiary Groups which operate throughout the world, Mr. Gambow had numerous responsibilities. Midland Manufacturing is a fully integrated, stand-alone manufacturing enterprise producing valves and valve-related products for the North American Rail Tank Car market.

As President, he had total P&L responsibility for achieving profit goals, growth objectives and other metrics. He directed marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, product engineering, quality assurance, customer support, information technology and finance through a four person management team, maintained relations with external auditors and legal representation and developed and executed annual strategic plans.

Prior to Midland, Mr. Gambow was President of Post Glover Resistors Inc. (1990 – 2001), a subsidiary of HALMA plc based in Amersham, UK. As President of its US operations located in Erlanger, Kentucky, Mr. Gambow had total P&L responsibility for a fully integrated manufacturing enterprise with annual sales of $20 million and 140 employees providing standard and customized electrical power resistor products rated up to 69kV for markets including electrical power transmission/distribution, light rail passenger rail cars, electric motor control, electrical power quality and health care facility isolated power systems.

Mr. Gambow’s prior experience included positions as President of Ellis and Watts (1987-1990) of Cincinnati, Ohio. Ellis and Watts was a fully integrated manufacturing enterprise providing heat exchange equipment for the US Government and nuclear power industries and providing over-highway trailer and portable shelters for self-contained medical diagnostic equipment facilities and other specialized applications. He was also Group Vice President (Aerospace & Defense Division) of the Goodrich Corporation (Formerly Known as BF Goodrich) based in Akron, Ohio.

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Mr. Gambow holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has completed course work towards a Master of Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Gambow has served on the Board of Directors of Family Services of Greater Cincinnati and was President of Travelers Aid International from 1998 to 2000.

Barry LaCroix, Vice President - Engineering

Mr. LaCroix has worked in the maintenance area of the rail industry for over 25 years and is an independent AAR Certification specialist. He is also an engineer and inventor. He has been instrumental in assisting Kelso's team in developing and testing the JS75 SRV in order to meet certification standards of the AAR.

Mr. LaCroix has an Engineering and a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Blair Qualey - Director

Mr. Qualey serves with The Vancouver Board of Trade as its Director of Business Development, is the Executive Director of the Spirit of Vancouver and is Executive Director of the World Trade Centre Vancouver.

Prior to his current roles with The Vancouver Board of Trade, he worked as a communications and business development consultant. During this time, he was involved with several high profile projects including a televised news conference with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore at the White House, the opening of the Sing Tao Daily newspaper's building in Vancouver, the groundbreaking ceremony for the University of British Columbia School of Journalism, and various volunteer projects including the opening of the Central Branch of the Vancouver Public Library.

Mr. Qualey has also held senior Human Resources and Labour Relations positions with Coca-Cola Bottling and the Loblaw Group of Companies (including Kelly Douglas and Westfair Foods).

Early in his career, he worked in the sponsorship program for Presidents Clinton / Yeltsin Summit. He worked in media relations for the Commonwealth Summit, in Guest Relations for the EXPO 86 Corporation and in public affairs and protocol at the Canada Pavilion for EXPO 86.

He has served as a Director of the Vancouver Public Library Foundation and is a Past Chair, Vancouver Public Library and Immediate Past President, British Columbia Library Trustees Association.

William Troy

Director

Mr. Troy brings 35 years of experience in operations and ownership of transportation companies in the Pacific Northwest to Kelso.

He spent the majority of those years operating and managing companies providing scheduled freight services, utilizing Tugs and Barges, from the Seattle/Puget Sound area to all towns and villages along the coast of Alaska from Ketchikan to Point Barrow, Alaska; also, serving Whitehorse and the Faro mine in the Yukon Territory. Equipment required to perform those services included tugs, barges, heavy machinery, freight containers, refrigerated containers, fuel and propane containers, trucks, and container chassis'.

For 10 years, Mr. Troy was an owner, and served as CEO of a major Northwest regional trucking company which performed agricultural and liquid commodity trucking services for several 'Fortune 500' companies. A large portion of the services performed involved the use of liquid 'food grade' semi tanker-trailers to transport juice concentrate, wine, fruit concentrate, and liquid sweetener in bulk.

More recently, he has acted as an adviser to smaller transportation companies in their effort to restructure and to reorganize in order to regain profitability, and to help clarify their vision for the future of their companies.

Mr. Troy, a U.S. resident and long term Kelso shareholder, holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Andrew Male

Director

Mr. Male brings over 20 years of business management experience as a former owner/operator of commercial and residential construction companies and a mortgage brokerage. In the public markets; Male has been involved in industrial and mineral/resource companies as well as internet sports training company.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in structuring, financing and operations of start up and junior venture companies. He successfully structured and negotiated a partnership with USA Hockey and USA Hockey Inline as well as Hockey Canada; the governing bodies of hockey in North America.

A Director of five public companies, he has in recent years become associated with larger corporate entities and contributes skills and expertise in the fields of private and public financing to fund operations and business expansion.

In his career to date he has successfully negotiated over $60 million in equity and debt financing. Currently, his activities include a $20 million financing through European investment banking initiatives that will be followed by a listing on the Alternate Investment Market (AIM) in the United Kingdom, or other senior exchange.

His strengths in negotiating, operations, business and financial management as well as corporate governance, are reflected in his performance and leadership skills.
