Kings Bay Gold Corporation Announces Name Change to Kings Bay Resources Corporation

Vancouver BC. (FSCwire) - Kings Bay Gold Corporation (the Company) (TSXV: KBG) (FSE: KBG1) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated August 1, 2017, the Company has changed its name to Kings Bay Resources Corp..

The name change will go into effect on Monday, August 14, 2017, and the Companys common shares will continue trading under the symbol KBG on the TSX Venture Exchange and KBG1 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The CUSIP number assigned to the Companys common shares under its new name will be 49579X105. No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Certificates representing common shares of the Company will not be affected by the name change and will not need to be exchanged.

The Company encourages any shareholder concerns in this regard to be directed to such persons broker or agent.
