Recent news....originally the company name was eVenture Capital Corp....and internet company....now a oil mining company as of 9/30/2007 after a reverse consolidation 2:1, then acquiring rights to a potential hugh oil/gas basin in Palo Duro TX along with a Lundin Group company Pearl E & D....and now a new deal acquiring 90% of Cheetah BC which holds license in Papua New Guinea....so they have rights too lots of potential license agreage and JV partners.....not yet sure of management....and no oil/gas history.....but at this price it could be a winner.....do your DD and lets talk!
