Roger Moss, Ph.D, P.Geo.

President and Director

A geologist with fourteen years international experience in the exploration industry. Dr. Moss was instrumental in the discovery of the Navachab gold deposit in Namibia which, after 12 years of operation, still contains reserves and resources of 3.7 million oz gold. He has conducted extensive research on hydrothermal ore deposits, culminating with a Ph.D. in geology at the University of Toronto in 2000. Prior to joining Nikos, Dr. Moss was Vice President, Exploration for Amerigo Resources Ltd.

Shawn Ryan

Technical Adviser

Mr. Ryan has 20 years of experience prospecting for gold. His prospecting and soil geochemistry led to the discovery of the White Gold, Coffee, and QV projects (a total of 7.5M ounces Au) in the Yukon. He is the founder & technical advisor of GroundTruth Exploration, developer of innovative new exploration techniques (Drones to Drills) That significantly reduces the cost of exploration in remote locations.
Mr. Ryan was awarded the 1998 Yukon Chamber of Mines Prospector of the Year Award, the 2010 Spud Huestis Award, and the 2011 PDAC Prospector of the Year Award for his success in gold exploration.

Trevor Boyd, Ph.D, P. Geo.

Director

Dr. Boyd is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry working as a qualified person, officer and director with both private and public companies. During the last twelve years, he has worked as a self-employed consultant most recently in an affiliation with Caracle Creek International Consulting. Dr. Boyd is a member of the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Trevor was a Director and Vice-President of Exploration of Reliant Gold Corp. (TSX-V: REC) until January, 2016. He remains the qualified person for Adex Mining Inc. and private company Canadian North Resources and Development Corp.

James S. Borland

Director

Jim has been involved in the mining industry for more than 25 years. He co-founded Borland, Levand & Associates, a firm that has provided management services to clients in the mineral resources sector since 1998 including Anvil Mining, Blue Pearl Mining and Glencairn Gold Corp. Previously, he was Manager of Research Communications for BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Vice-President Investor Relations for Boliden Ltd. Jim is a director of several public companies.

Leo Karabelas

Director

Mr. Karabelas has more than 12 years of diverse experience in the mining industry, including the last 10 years as president of a Toronto based corporate communications and investor relations firm. Throughout his career Mr Karabelas has assisted numerous junior mining companies with corporate development and capital markets initiatives culminating in over two hundred million dollars worth of capital for his clientele. Mr. Karabelas has built and maintained countless relationships with the North American and global investment community. Mr Karabelas is currently an officer and VP of Corporate Communications for TSX-V listed Novo Resources Corp.

Aurora Davidson

Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Aurora Davidson holds a Certified General Accountant designation from the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia (2003) and a BSc in Business Administration from Alliant International University in San Diego, California (1990). Ms. Davidson has over 14 years of experience in financial and general business management having assisted private and public companies in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Vice-president, Finance and Corporate Controller within the mineral exploration and high technology sectors.

Matt Lapointe

Vice President Exploration

Mr. Lapointe, P.Geo. has over 15 years of greenfield and brownfield precious metal exploration throughout Canada and internationally. Most recently Mr. Lapointe was Chief Geologist for TMAC Resources where he developed exploration strategy and managed regional exploration of the 1,600 km2 Hope Bay Project in Nunavut including brownfield targeting at the active Doris gold mine and two advanced stage gold deposits.
