Marc Henderson, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Henderson has an economics degree from the University of Colorado. He has more than 20 years experience in running junior mining companies. Marc has been President of a number of public companies, including MineFinders from 1987 to 1994 an Republic Goldfields Inc, listed on the American Exchange, from 1988 to 1994. While at MineFinders, he was responsible for acquiring the Dolores property, which contains in excess of 2.0 million ounces of gold and 160 million ounces of silver.

He is also currently President of Aquiline Resources Inc. Marc has been President of both Aquiline and Laramide since 1995.

Peter Mullens, Vice President of Exploration & Director

Mr. Mullens has a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Geology, from Monash University in Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has worked in the industry for over 20 years in a number of different roles. Peter’s experience includes 6 years as a Mine geologist for Rio Tinto and Mt Isa Mines at Broken Hill and Mt Isa in Australia. In addition his career has brought him to Asia and several South and Central American countries.

Peter was District Manager Argentina, and then for all of Central America for Mt Isa from 1994 to 1997. He followed this with a 6 month consultancy in China. Mullens spent 5 years as an independent consultant geologist based out of Lima, Peru, before returning to Australia 2 years ago.

John Booth, Director

Mr. Booth is a partner with Conservation Financial International, a conservation hedge fund in London, England as well as Chairman and CEO of Buy FX Ltd., an online Foreign Exchange matching service based in Bermuda. A lawyer by training, John articled in Toronto in 1989 before joining Merrill Lynch International in London. He spent 8 years in international capital markets before joining BuyFX in 1998. During this time, John also earned a Masters degree in International Finance and Taxation from Kings College, University of London.

He serves on the board of H2O Innovation, another TSX listed company, is affiliated with Federal City Capital Advisors, an M&A advisory firm based in Washington DC and is co-founder of Origin Strategy Inc, an intellectual property consulting firm. John currently resides in London, England.

Scott Patterson, Director

Mr. Patterson joined First Service Corporation in February 1995 and has held several senior positions before being appointing to his current role of President and Chief Operating Officer. From May 1993 to January 1995, Scott was an investment banker at Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutheon Ltd., and prior to that he was at Bankers Trust. Mr. Patterson is a Chartered Accountant and was employed at Price Waterhouse from 1983 to 1987. Scott joined the Board of Laramide in 1995.

Paul Wilkens, Director

Mr. Wilkens holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering. Paul brings to the Company over 30 years experience with Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E), where he served as President as well as in several other senior positions during his tenure. While at RG&E, Paul provided direction and leadership to the company’s electric generation, including the RE Ginna and Nine Mile 2 nuclear power plants. While under his leadership, Ginna received commendations from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for its engineering organization and from the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations for the top performance.

Dennis Gibson, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and is a Certified General Account. Throughout his 25 year career, Dennis has held various senior financial positions. From 1996 to 2004, Dennis served as the Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary of Vector Intermediaries Inc. a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

William Smith, Vice President of Corporate Development

Mr. Smith brings with him over 30 years of financial and commercial management experience, primarily in the resource sector. Mr. Smith holds an MBA from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from University of Queensland. Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has held several senior management positions, including roles with Ontario Hydro, Newcrest Mining, BP Minerals (Australia) and more recently TVX Hellas (Greece). He has broad based experience in the uranium sector, having been involved in strategic and marketing assessments of the Olympic Dam Project in Australia and for Ontario Hydro in relation to assessing their nuclear fuel requirements.

Evan Hughes, General Manager - Australia

Mr. Hughes is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 15 years of corporate managerial and consulting experience for mining and minerals resource companies. His past positions include managing CEO of CH Warman Slurry Technologies (the international distribution center for CH Warman Pump Group), and Managing Director for L&M Mining Limited, a New Zealand based gold producer. During his tenure at L&M Mining, Mr. Hughes was responsible for overseeing the operational and development aspects of the company, which saw the construction of five new mines over a five year period.

Chris Irwin, Corporate Secretary

Mr. Irwin received his Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1994. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996. Chris is the principle of Irwin Professional Corporation. Between 2004 and 2006 he was associated with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, prior to which he was associated initially with Boyle & Company and subsequently with Power Budd LLP.

Michael Connor

Michael Connor is President of Nuclear Resources International, Inc. (NRI). He has degrees of Bachelor of Science, Pre-Professional, in Nuclear Physics/ Nuclear Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. With 39 years of direct experience, Mr. Connor is one of the nuclear industry's experts in nuclear fuels markets. His first position was at Westinghouse in 1966 as a buyer for uranium, conversion and enrichment services. By 1972, Mr. Connor had contracted directly, or consulted to utilities on contracting for, 54% of all enrichment services sold by the former U.S.A.E.C. up to that time. For the past 28 years, he has been President of Nuclear Resources International, Inc., a firm that has consulted to over 85 clients in 13 countries on 5 continents.

John Cook

John Cook is a Professional Mining Engineer (P.Eng) with more than 40 years of professional experience in all facets of mining development, operations and management. He has held senior management positions with major mining companies, including Vice President - Engineering, LAC Minerals and Vice President - Mining, Goldcorp, Senior Mining and Managing Consultant of RTZ Consultants Ltd., and Associate and Canadian Principal of Golder Associates. Currently, he serves as Director or Officer of Tormin Resources, Wolfden Resources Inc., Anaconda Gold Corporation and Castlerock Resources, Director with GLR Resources Inc.

Mark Chalmers

Mr. Chalmers is currently Managing Director for Uranium Equities Limited (EUL) an Australian based company, trading on the ASX. Mark is a Mining Engineer who has extensive uranium development and mining experience in Australia and internationally. Prior to joining UEL, Mark was Senior Vice President of Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd and was responsible for the Beverley in situ leach (ISL) uranium project, one of the largest producing ISL uranium mines in the world, in South Australia. He has been involved with over a dozen uranium projects during his 30 year career.

Mersch Ward

Mr. Ward brings with him over 40 years experience of which 35 years were with Homestake Mining Company. Thirteen years were dedicated to exploration in the uranium production districts of Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. A further nineteen years were in corporate
