Paul Sarjeant
President and Ceo
Mr. Sarjeant, P.Geo., has extensive exploration, project development and acquisition experience both in Canada and internationally and has developed a strong background in company management through various management and consulting positions with a number of private and publicly traded resource companies. After graduating B.Sc. Honours, Geological Sciences from Queen's University in 1983, Mr. Sarjeant began his career with Echo Bay Mines Ltd working on various projects in northern Canada, including the Lupin Mine and skarn projects in British Columbia and Ecuador. He ascended to Senior Geologist, International Exploration Group, responsible for project evaluation outside of North America, including precious and base metals projects in South America, East Africa, South East Asia, Russia, Mongolia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. From 1993 until 1996, he was President and CEO of Auric Resources - a precious metals exploration company focused on Peru. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Sarjeant operated a successful securities business focused on strategic planning and investment analysis giving him unique insight into the needs of institutional and retail broker investment communities. In 2007, Mr. Sarjeant took on the role of President and CEO of Grandview Gold and currently serves as a director on a number of public and private companies
Arni Johannson

Arni Johannson has 20 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets. His focus has been to build assets and senior management teams in companies he is invested in while executing a defined business plan. Mr. Johannson was the founder and architect behind Titan Uranium (TSX.V:TUE - www.titanuranium.com) and cofounded The Fortress Group (Fortress Paper -- TSX:FTP - www.fortresspaper.com). He also serves as a director for a number of public companies including Mega Uranium ( TSX:MGA - www.megauranium.com).
Blair McIntyre
VP of Operations
Blair McIntyre joined Lions Gate Metals in 2008 as Manager of Business Development. As President, Mr. McIntyre runs company operations and has been an integral part of the company's financial development. He has also been instrumental in a series of property acquisitions and joint venture negotiations. Mr. McIntyre is dedicated to Lions Gate Metals' continual development of its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with First Nations. In previous roles, he has 12 years of strategic selling and business development experience assisting Fortune 500 companies develop strategies and solutions for critical business problems. Blair McIntyre has a Bachelor of Science from UBC and a Business Administration Diploma from BCIT.
Michael Sweatman
CFO & Director
Michael Sweatman obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University. In the same year he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columba and the Yukon Territory. Since November, 1992, Mr. Sweatman has operated MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company. He has over 20 years experience in the financial marketplace and currently provides services as an Officer and Director for several Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies.
