Cal, I am sure he is basing it on the potential ROI from Thacker Pass and on the anticipated return of Demand outstripping Supply.  $60 may be a little hyperbolic, but I do think we are going to see a Share Price eventually North of $15, possibly in the $20 range.. sometime as early as 2023.  Just an opinion, of course.
