I just came to a conclusion, that LAC does not really want to start the production. And I think, they are right. It is just too much troubles to run the production, they should be more vocal about "sexy" (battery plant, being green)  topics while keep the production always "one year away".

Eventually the Lithium price will be high enought to sell the site to someone else for lot of money and walk away....
