Haha.  Not a lawyer (not that there is anything wrong with that!). Just very invested in the long term success of LAC, and believe in the value of doing your homework.

I am invested in LAC for the following reasons:

1. Scale of assets (much bigger than currently disclosed)

2. Quality/experience of management (Board, executives, advisors)

3. Strong balance sheet ($500m in cash)

4. Lithium market dynamics (supply shortages, rising prices)

Based on my modelling (10 year discounted cashflow), I am expecting a market cap in 5 years that is 5x current value. Not without plenty of risk, but risk I am prepared to take.
