I don't disagree with your statement Roy but the September LAC investors presentation says "construction expected to begin in early 2022". Not everyone follows LAC as close as we do so I just want all parties to know about this court documented delay in the schedule.  It may mean a lot to LAC option investors that are looking at Nov, Feb or May options.  I believe the May options will be released/available on Monday.  GO LAC!!
