Message: Looking for the "Why?"

As mentioned, inflation and the associated rise in interest rates are generally pure poison for the stock markets. The companies that are most affected are those with a lot of debt and planned loans in the future. Here I think Lac should stand strong, they have cash and loans but net more cash. They now have the opportunity to get earnings from Argentina which can help on the further indebtedness but which can also pay interest. In addition, it was smart of the management of Lac to seek Goverment funding, which should be an advantageous funding. So Lac should not be so sensitive.

Also believe that inflation will fall again, the energy prices we see now have only made all countries start to open closed opportunities again. The US will produce shale oil again, and the UK and Denmark, Norweg are opening closed Gas Fields again, so within 1 to 2 years we can export Gas again, and wind turbines, power to X, solar energy receive huge subsidies to set further speed on the green transition. Infrastructure for charging stations is already well underway, but is also being speeded up.

The only thing we need now is to be able to have EV cars delivered, VW constantly postpones the delivery time. So believe me there will be a shortage of Lithium.

The big Dark horse can be all the raw materials to be used for the green transition, because it will probably put pressure on inflation .........

Again, think hopefully we have a winner in Lac. They just need to get started with that ..... production.
