You can get on the Humboldt County Interactive GIS mapping system and see the progress of the Thacker Pass project. The satellite pictures are way out of date, as I have been by the site recently and there is way more construction going on than you can see on the satellite imagery, but for those that wish to see at least a little progress, you can take a look at the site.
