I'm not sure Lithium has made a rebound, but think it's worth trying a position again. I have now chosen to only look at Lac, mostly because of the political uncertainty in Agentina. This is even though Laac is in production and should probably provide positive cash flow. Why then Lac.?

- The lithium price may have bottomed out?

- price cuts on EVs are about to bottom out

- politically, imports of EVs from China will be reduced in the EU.

- think the same will happen in the US, and then GM will be strong.

There will probably also be a battle between pure EV manufacturers and traditional manufacturers. The traditional manufacturers have recognized that they cannot go purely EV, and therefore I think they are stronger in the race, and again here GM will stand well. All this must give a Lithium miner like Lac the advantage?

- located in the US

- produce according to new methods

- has GM as a major shareholder

- will receive loans from both Biden and Trump as president.

Repurchased first lot at 30% of previous quantity at SP $5.56 (5.5).

We are at a market value of less than $1bn, and cash of $200m.

In general, I do not see the Lithium price increasing to its previous value, but a doubling will be a possibility. A positive thing about the low Lithium price is that the use of lithium for power storage is a great opportunity, and will provide a large consumption of Lithium and help to empty the stores again.
