Good morning, Rob and team.  What is the expected earnings date for Loop Insights?  I would have expected to see the financials posted around February 27th, but I don't see any announcement of the date.  This is important for the continued transparency with investors.

Also,  what is the status of the uplisting to the Nasdaq?

Finally,  any potential for 3rd party audited statements to be issued along with a prospectus?
